You should be able to update your server settings to point it to use the new path. You can also, as an easy solution, if you're under unix/linux you can use a symbolic link.

We've done something like this with Android phones and industrial robots already. It has GPS and tracking, and doesn't need an expensive Gumstix - it actually uses the phone for sensors. There's some raw video up on our youtube channel. http://www.you...
