GreenMail v1.1 Released

Version 1.1 of GreenMail has been released!

GreenMail is an open source, intuitive and easy-to-use suite of email servers supporting SMTP, SMTPS, POP3, POP3S, IMAP, and IMAPS for testing purposes.

Originally GreenMail was intended to run from one thread. Stephen Fenche has contributed code to make GreenMail thread safe
Marcel May has contributed a pom.xml
for all maven fans out there

A couple of bug fixes here and there
A few class name changes. To avoid pesky name clashes with your (presumable) project native Util.java and com.icegreen.greenmail.util.Util.java, the latter has been renamed to com.icegreen.greenmail.util.GreenMailUtil.java. Same applies for com.icegreen.greenmail.user.User.java which has become com.icegreen.greenmail.user.GreenMailUser.java

Outstanding issues I haven't got around to resolve yet
